SC&C was founded September 12, 2018 with one employee. SC&C has grown from that one employee to its current staffing of professionals and support staff. This staff of professionals is led by Keldrick Smoot and a team of principals with additional financial technical and business consulting experience to add to the team. Our highly qualified team provides a variety of services that include Construction Investigations, Earth/Site Work, Logistics, A/E and Professional Service Contracts, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Program Management, Project Development Consulting, Construction Management, Construction Inspection, Environmental Documentation, Emergency Response to Disaster Recovery, Demolition, Regulatory Support.
